Pros
None. This company used to be amazing but has gone very downhill over the last few years. The only thing they’ve done well for their employees the last few years is add a mental health benefit to their health insurance package, but only because this company causes so many mental health issues for its employees.
Cons
They have cut benefits left & right over the last few years, there are no more advancement opportunities, and no more raises unless you’re one of the top performers in your department across the entire country. Even then, the raises aren’t enough to keep up with inflation. They used to use the fact that they have never laid off employees as a marketing tactic to attract new hires, and then turned around & laid off over 2000 people in 1 day this year. The workload is too much for any sane person to handle, the performance expectations are nearly unattainable, and the customers you will have to deal with are horrendous. The amount of micromanaging is staggering. There are no longer any incentives to work hard other than to keep your job.
