Pros
Working on a global remit, daily. Great collaboration between teams across horizontal projects, and inter-regionally. Really inspiring company and opportunity to do great things across development, technology, marketing and be at the centre and forefront of a global ecosystem.
Cons
Great career development for coordinators to learn and grow, opportunities for directors to own and build amazing projects, but very little clear career development plans for mid-level. Lots of chat, very little tangible movement on the what next for employees.
