Pros
It used to be a good place to work, flexible, good work/life balance. Nice colleagues, some interesting projects.
Cons
Since the return to office, the managers became babysitters that need to supervise us, to see what time we arrive at/leave the office. Because of course treating us as children is the best approach. Very not flexible. Would not recommend.
