This must have been my worst work experience in my 10 year career, absolutely traumatizing - the HR and management has no respect for staff and treats them like disposable garbage. Terrible work culture, very old-fashioned approach resulting in poor team morale and massive staff turnover. The management is extremely disorganised and has no idea how to run a business. Everyone there is so unhappy and undervalued! The pay is just disappointing and there's no realistic progression path. Avoid this place at all cost!

staff hugely under appreciated, salaries not in line with market. Benefits used to be really good then they changed the contract so now new employees get a really bad deal - pensions went from 8% down to 2%, no bonus and end of year increases are reduced, so don't even keep up with standard inflation - HR do not support the staff as they should have more interest in running the business than being the advocates they should be
