      Cool, game-changing tech, Strong leadership, they care about their people, supportive work environment where everyone is respected!

      None that I can think of, it's really a super place!

      Pros

      Great product albeit very niche market. Great leadership and UK team.

      Cons

      U.S. management team very toxic. Severly lacking in soft skills. Management by threat of job loss. Lots of criticism with know idea of how to improve things. Ineffective at creating teamwork or motivating teams. Micro-management like I have never seen before.
