I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Garrison Technology (London, England, England) in Jul 2020
There was an initial phone call for assessing my personality, then an online test followed by a group call to assess my skill set. And a final phone call to determine if I was a good fit for the role and the company.

After submitting my application online, I had an phone interview with Garrison's head of talent. This provided a great opportunity to get to know the company, the products and for them to gauge my knowledge and interest in the role. Following on from this I was tasked with producing a research brief to talk through at my next interview. This interview was held over zoom with the position's line manager and another senior employee. The interview was friendly but professional and took place over zoom due to the pandemic.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Garrison Technology (London, England, England) in Sep 2020
I initially applied for a different role - whilst it wasn't deemed a fit for my profile instead of purely dismissing my application the internal recruiter reached out to me regarding another role which seemed more relevant to my skill set. - I've never had a recruiter do this before and found this very refreshing. After an initial call I attended two interviews; the first was meeting with a couple members of the team where we went through my CV and requirements of the role. The second involved a presentation on Garrison with some technical networking questions. Overall the process was simple and I found everyone very friendly and easy to talk to.

The process was hassle-free with good lines of communications and was also relatively quick. Everyone involved in the process was both friendly and professional. The interview itself was conducted virtually with two interviewers who took time to detail their roles within the organisation and their own personal backgrounds.

In the first interview we discussed my understanding of the company, what relevant experience I have and what I hoped to get out of the internship. In the second we more discussed what the role would be and the company and summarised the first interview.
- It was less individual questions, more working through my CV and discussing different achievements.
