Pros
Good pay. Get lots of overtime when you kiss some backsides. Clocked so much OT doing the bare minimum. Can be laid back if you know how to kiss some backsides like I do. My OT is in overdrive but I spent most of those days in the truck sleeping at the airport or on my iPad. Basically getting paid to do jack all! Easy money, easy does it. Also lots of chicks to pick up and try to get in the sack, my kind of environment.
Cons
Bad management. Too much communication break down. Horrible working conditions, some lazy workers, lazy management.
