Cons
Customer does not work wel with GDAIS. Promotions generally goes to the tech managers past coworkers and friends from outside GDAIS. These promotions are posted and written for said new managers. No real job assignments or chain of command. Employess gust sort of do their own thing. No respect for my experience level and education. No distinction between engineers and technicians. Raises are non existant.
