      Asking to come to office even if it is not required and being the only team available in office Promotion requires us to work for more than 2 years Unnecessary participation in various events even if we are not interested

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
