Pros
Great sales comp plans with achievable goals. Genesys products are amazing. Genesys is the market leader in CX for a reason, and I'm happy to be representing Genesys products in the market place. I would hate to leave and go compete against them. Genesys has a great vision and published product roadmap, and they seem to execute on that roadmap pretty accurately with published timelines. Genesys has a large channel partner base which is continually growing. Open time-off policy is a nice perk.
Cons
Genesys is still working out some growing pains associated with the ININ acquisition, but things are getting much better. Upper level management is a bit out of touch with the real needs in the field and the day to day battle with our competitors, but again, it is getting better. Great branding in the large enterprise space, but Genesys suffers with brand recognition in the small to medium enterprise space. This negatively affects lead generation and the amount of deals that Genesys competes in. Genesys is not as channel partner friendly as they should be, but it is getting better.
