      Pros

      Great work culture. Very rarely in India companies give as much freedom as Genesys. The practice here is- Do your work on time and it doesn’t matter whether you do it from office, home or jungle. People are good and helpful. Transparency is provided to employees in best possible limit. Employees are heard and anyone can reach out to anyone in the organisation. There is sufficient work to keep you occupied. TT, Pool table, other indoor games on the same floor to refresh your mind. What else do you need?

      Cons

      The only cons I can think is no availability of a functional cafeteria meaning there is no lunch available. Evening snacks is served everyday in office from outside vendor.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
