      Pros

      There are so many learning opportunities! I feel tremendously lucky to be in a job where I learn from every day and be with the team who works collaboratively and encourages you to learn and develop. Genesys is established but yet still innovative, there are so many readily available tools for the employees' needs and concerns.

      Cons

      The organizational structure system of the team is quite linear even though a few employees have been in the company for quite a while. Organizational structure is important for the employees’ promotion and is directed to achieve the goals.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
