      Pros

      The people are great, including my direct manager.

      Cons

      No clear strategy or vision from senior leadership. They make decisions without proper people in the room. Layoffs due to 'restructuring' and 'ending product'. Check out the newly posted jobs in Chennai-- those job postings were for positions in the US that were just eliminated.

      Pros

      PTO is very generous. Great work life balance. Excellent pay.

      Cons

      Support gets very little say in anything and continues to get more work. Takes at least a year of drowning before you really know what you are doing with confidence.
