Pros
The work that is available is very interesting and you get to meet alot of great people through different channels, though you can find this at most companies. The product itself is great and has a lot of opportunities for growth as technology advances.
Cons
Lack of proper communication to the different teams from upper leadership. Expectations seem to change off a whim and can drastically affect the moral of the teams in a negative way reducing work efficiency Favoritism seems to run rampart through the company by hand picking people for different roles/shifts to be available to them without taking into consideration of how long others have been at the company. Company does not seem to understand work life balance at all. The support structure is undergoing dreadful changes that have ruined the culture of the work environment causing others to leave in mass. Even new hires have left before being fully brought up to speed as the environment was not as advertised. They will tell you one thing and then when the time comes there is always another excuse as to why it will not happen. Everything has to be scheduled and if you fall outside of the schedule you need to provide written documentation of what you were doing during that time.
