Pros

I have worked on similar platforms in past and GPI is far superior. Chance given to youth is pretty awesome. Great place to learn & grow. Have worked closely with CEO 'Preeti Patel', she is a great support & mentor.

No negative experience so far.

Pros

Communication was good and you can tell HR is solid. Review process was good.

Cons

Too much expectation from small teams. Management and roles changed frequently, lots of restructure and uncertainty. Not many team-building events, pay wasn't great and the company lacks a personable touch. No benefits or bonuses that I'm aware of.
