Pros

Senior hires made over the last 12 -18 months on the sales operations and technology side have turned this organisation into a lean mean machine. Sales leaders from all offices have turned around the company from a small Cambridge startup into a startup that the adtech industry is taking notice. Revenue is growing exponentially year on year as sales leaders are trusted to execute and given support and autonomy. No fancy bean bags, foosball tables and frivolous startup perks; everyone is focused on revenue goals and motivated to deliver. Younger ambitious employees that step up to the plate and take on responsibilities are rewarded.

Cons

Branding and company positioning can be unclear especially when it keeps changing every 6 months.

Pros

-The core technology is very unique, which is a rarity in the highly-commoditized, overcrowded ad tech space. -The culture is upbeat and entrepreneurial and the people are personable, smart and helpful! -Very level-headed and fair upper management team. -The company is really on the upswing and has a lot of momentum! Good time to hop on board. -People are held accountable for the quality of their work and their contribution to the team. No favorites are played.

Cons

-Not the type of company right now for people who require a ton of support and can't work independently with confidence. -Some culture gaps exist between the US and UK offices, but that is to be expected.

Pros

Small, agile, innovative Recurring revenue from existing customers supports innovation that will grow the business Risks are encouraged Hiring new folks at the right pace... not ahead of revenue, but not too slow either

Cons

Dev team are afforded too many absolutions, should be held at the same standard for transparency as the rest of the business There have been situations where departments or individuals were setup to fail -- management needs to hold accountability there Offices/facilities and tech/equipment are bare bones -- bordering on uncomfortable and prohibiting of efficiency
