      Pros

      Huge potential with excellent technology and IP heritage, and great staff in global centres that support the company values of faith, visibility and simplicity. Since joining, the company has clearly shown that it embraces change for the better, and is appointing the right people to transition the company to the global corporate it is becoming. It is an exciting time to be part of the company.

      Cons

      Fast growing pains, and consequential process stretch marks need to be suffered. Current offices are good enough, but not spectacular.

      Pros

      I've known of Grapeshot for many years and have finally joined which has exceeded my expectations. The plethora of talent is amazing and I'm actually learning again which is great. The company has major ambitions and expansive vision which more than fulfils my working requirements to grow. The Learning & Development department is one of the stars as it nurtures and grows staff in all aspects that also creates a cohesive environment.

      Cons

      Going through major growth and there are inevitable teething issues which are part of any company.
