Dysfunctional communication and development practices, a lack of staff to develop features, a lack of trust in teams to make good decisions. Threat to your job security always looming. No patience for personal or team development, no opportunity for growth unless you're someone's friend. A really isolated environment if you can't get into the long-established cliques.
