Pros
Fantastic people with a thriving community in and outside the workplace. Good offices and a central location in Brighton.
Cons
Directors don't listen to the staff and make decisions based upon incorrect assumptions then blame the staff they ignored. The business doesn't properly plan anything because the managers aren't given the time to do the work properly. When they do plan they are then given half the time and half the money to implement the project while still expecting the same result. When it doesn't work staff are blamed for mis-managing the project. The C level board are more interested in making budget cuts to save the rest of the group than investing properly.
