While we're glad to hear you enjoyed the people, we will be sure to relay your feedback around management, training, and the expectations of our Business Development Representatives. Regarding our Work From Home Reimbursement program, we've received great feedback on this benefit to support our employees in setting up a productive work environment while working from home. That said, with voluntary resignations, we do require repayment if you received the benefit within a specific time frame before leaving, and we work very closely with team members who experience this to avoid escalation.
