A new way to discover local causes, rally together, and lend a helping hand
Groupon Volunteers is how we harness our collective employee power for positive change. I have been working at Groupon full-time (More than a year)
The people are awesome and I have been every opportunity to grow my role and develop. Career progression is genuinely there for people that want it and are willing to take ownership of their development.
The offices and facilities could be better - but that's all due to change when we move into our swanky new offices in August :)
Advice to Management
Transparency of communication continues to be imperative.
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Groupon (London, England).
Initial CV and cover letter. Then a short discussion on the phone with someone from HR, after which a time for interview is agreed. The interview is fairly straight forward; a couple of case studies on some Groupon deals (how are the deals beneficial for Groupon, the customer, the partner) followed by some competency questions.
