Pros
Work from home/work life balance, nice coworkers
Cons
- high expectations for new hirees, everyone put on PiP or quit within the first 6 months even on a ramp. Need more robust training but so much pressure for the very few trainers - Lots of hiring overseas - expect your boss and their boss in BD to be working until 1am their time - No company culture - no morale even though everyone is nice - No chance of getting promoted. None. No one has gotten promoted within BD in a few years unless you're start leading a new team for another manager who quit - Said they give prizes of Groupon bucks, but I know a teammate who never got their's from last December - Really low morale. The constant change is necessary at a lot of places, but not enticing when it lowers your chance of getting paid anything but your low base
