Pros

My ex-manager and TLs were the best he always listened to us, offered help, and truly supported the team. He was the manager above the TLs, setting a great example for leadership.

Cons

The new manager is constantly micromanaging and trying to control every little detail, but refuses to step up when it truly matters. People are already planning to leave because of her leadership style. Groupon was a great place to work, a real sense of team and freedom, but now it's become a toxic environment under her watch. I ended up leaving because of her, and I know others feel the same way.

Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
