Pros
Great place to learn from very talented people in a very fast work environment.
Cons
It´s almost impossible to grow in the company. They have an inclusive "policy" within the employees but the reality is very different. HR department is arrogant and most of the times ignore the employee needs and they make you feel that if you are not agree with their way there are thousands of people who would die to be part of that community.
