You are directly in control of your pay and advancement because you are paid based on your certification level, which is also up to you. Great education and training available through computer based training and class room training. Very hands on experience which helps to understand the classroom theory.
Cons
The basic salary is very low for the level of responsibility that the job entails. The tax position is a seasonal position that employees should not have to re apply for every year.
