Managers hired without prior tax experience lack understanding of tax laws and regulations. Petty fighting between some office managers and stealing clients from other locations. Some times issues with balancing office support needs with prior projections from corporate locations. Call Center schedule clients when tax professional is not scheduled. If hours need to be cut the "computer" will cut hours even when a client is already schedule. Heavy sales push from upper management to push products the clients do not need.
