9yWe take feedback like this very seriously, and strongly encourage every employee to speak confidentially with their local HR team to share work concerns and issues. The HR staff is always available to identify improprieties that employees feel limit their ability to function in a healthy and safe work environment. But we can’t address what we don’t know. We strive every day to build a culture that supports everyone’s career path and gives them new opportunities in productive ways.
