Pros
Have access to many top rated insurance carriers.
Cons
Pay not competitive for the industry - no raises for 4 years. Lots of turnover and office constantly in flux. Training inadequate. Not recognized when you do something right, only reprimanded when you make a mistake, so morale is an issue. Only concerned with the bottom dollar, not concerned with providing exceptional products and services to your clients.
