Thank you for your feedback. The Development Associate role certainly offers a lot of opportunities to learn and develop skills that can help as you navigate your career. The nature of the role does require a lot of phone work. We do try to break up the day with call blocks so that associates are not on the phone for a full 7-8 hours.
