Terrible place to work - Anonymous employee Health Standards Organization Employee Review

Don't be fooled by their status as NCR top employers - staff were SHOCKED to see this. HR is too busy applying for awards to do any work to make this a good place to work. The culture is bleak - executives at HSO are terrible people who seem to enjoy making staff miserable. Bullying is commonplace, as is being punished for speaking up. Working here is like being at high school where the mean girls are all your bosses. If you value your mental health, don't work here under any circumstances.
