Health Standards Organization interview questions

The process began with an initial HR call, followed by a technical interview where I shared detailed insights into the hands-on projects. I was kind of informed to wait for the next round, but after following up, I was notified of the rejection.

The screening call primarily focused on technical questions related to my instructional design and technology experience. The HR representative also inquired about my availability for a potential interview the following week, noting there might be a presentation component involved. I followed up approximately two weeks after the call and the representative replied he didn’t have an update to share. A few days later, the representative invited me to a Teams video call to provide an update. During that call, I was informed that they had decided not to move forward with my application due to a perceived lack of leadership experience. This was surprising, as I hadn’t had the opportunity to discuss my leadership background during the process. The conversation concluded with the representative asking if I had any feedback about the recruitment experience.
