Pros
You get tronc & tips (sadly is not standard is most other restaurants I've worked in)
Rota at least 2 weeks in advance.
Cons
The managers often ask waiters to deal with difficult/aggressive customers because they, "dont want to right now".
When you raise any issues with the larger companies HR dept, it's more like dress-up pretend HR, rather than a real HR. They listen and nod to your major complaints, but ultimately do nothing.
