Pros
- Relaxed work culture. - Office timings are flexible and almost no dress code. - Lots of encouragement for sports.
Cons
- Most of the projects are in maintenance phase, so developers are being pulled to work as Testers and support the projects. - The appraisal process doesn't look satisfactory. - Company is unable to work on cutting edge technologies. It is still using technologies of 1990's. - Pay is below the industry standards.
