No Communication - Network Analyst II Hexagon Employee Review

The biggest roadblock to this being a successful job was the complete lack of communication. I was onboarded without being given username/password access for the majority of systems I would need to complete my day-to-day responsibilities. When I would bring this concern up, the blame would get placed on me and I would be told that it was my responsibility to consistently ask day after day for the issue to be resolved. I'd be assigned tickets that would require me to access systems I had no access to, and then called to meetings where I'd have to explain why I had not completed the ticket. This became a never ending cycle that I could no longer continue.
