Pros
The management is there to support both employees AND clients. Hibu's Goal for "Client for Life" means they are invested in keeping good employees to service good clients. The quality of service and support is excellent. The training is consistent. And it is a very "fix the problem" type of environment. Best of all, management listens and allows us to do our job in a way that we do it best. There are still goals to be met, but there is a lot of support along the way. Communication is excellent and meetings are consistent and feel prepared to go and do the job. The customer service is excellent for our clients which makes it easy to succeed.
Cons
It s a hard job sometimes to convince prospects that the digital marketing we provide is honest, legit and effective. There are so many bad digital marketers in the field. Hibu's training tries to help with that, but it's sometimes hard to overcome.
