3yHighwire has evolved rapidly since new management joined two years ago. We went from being a bootstrapped, founder-led team of sixteen to a growth-equity-backed company with over 65 employees (and growing). We’ve aggressively expanded our team, opened a second office in Boise, added a new CEO & board of directors, and made the difficult decision to eliminate some positions that didn’t align with our new company goals and vision.
We are confident that the decisions we’ve made were right for the company while acknowledging that so much rapid change was uncomfortable for some people, especially those that were let go.
We believe in transparency, and our numbers tell the story. In the past 12 months, we’ve hired 39 new employees, promoted eight, let go of nine, and six left voluntarily. We are very excited about the team we’ve built and the culture we are establishing.
As for Don, he’s got an impressive track record, but he’s always happy to sit down with candidates or employees and discuss our strategy.
