Pros
This job provided me with a great deal of experience, not only in the hotel industry, but in customer service in general. The hours are somewhat flexible, and there are a few perks.
Cons
Pay is pretty dismal. It wasn't much higher than minimum wage. Dealing with rude guests is also quite stressful, especially when it is on a constant basis.
