      Pros

      Great company to work for, lots of support and education, online and in person. They are very proactive and offer lots of learning along the way.

      Cons

      Pay rates could be higher, but if you add in the free education it is worth it.

      Pros

      Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.

      The seniors we work with,and the satisfaction of helping them remain in their homes.

      Cons

      No benefits,no vacation time,unstable work hours,no oppoetunities for education to become a certified PCA or HHA.
