Pros
Flexible working times and home working contracts mean you can manage your work/life balance to suit your needs. The culture within the organisation is really friendly and every effort is made to ensure nobody feels isolated despite us all being home workers at the moment. There is a big emphasis on team bonding and everyone, no matter what grade, is always happy to answer any questions and make the time to get to know everyone who engages with them.
Cons
The day to day work can be a little repetitive due to the nature of casework and there are some delays with getting feedback due to the rate a which new starters are being hired at the moment, but the management team are doing all they can to rectify this and team leaders are very supportive.
