Long ramp WFH Good training
Cons
Most people leave after 1 year when ramp period ends. Full quota is unachievable, expectations get higher and your pay gets lower. Makes no sense. High turnover and very micromanaged, they'll be tracking all your call numbers etc even if you're above quota they always want more. Push and push and push everyone's burnt out. Org has become 90% OB. Wouldn't recommend
