Pros
- Transparency from management on decisions and direction
- And willingness of management to make the hard decisions/make changes to the business & model, effectively distrupting ourselves & not allowing ourselves to rest on our laurels, continuing to innovate & not just grow through acquisition
- Health benefits are top notch, very minimal/essentially zero out of pocket expenses for the employee (except for the premium), which is great as a new parent
- Focus on flexibility: I feel like I have the ability to take the time I need, come in later/leave "early," work from home, etc. This is supported at the highest levels (CEO) and feels like we're doubling down on it as we speak.
Cons
- Typical growing pains of moving from a start-up to scale-up (i.e. systems/data challenges, not yet the best at being a global company where international employees feel just as "in the loop" as those at HQ)
etc.
