Pros
The company has an amazing tuition aid program and you get to pick a free book every month. The culture is incredibly inclusive and diverse, so almost everyone will be open to talking and welcoming you to the company. The facilities are very nice and the work equipment is the best!
Cons
Life as a support rep can be intense despite the company's culture and the benefits mentioned. We do have an amazing team and onboarding program that supports you throughout the way. But there is some pressure regarding the number of tickets and customer ratings. Also, the job itself is very individual so the lack of collaboration may feel limiting for some people.
