The work primarily consists of repetitive and non-transferable tasks that add little value to an employee’s skill set. It is essentially a data entry job. The salary offered is significantly lower—about 50% below the average salary in India—given the workload.
Additionally, there is no provision for overtime pay or additional compensation. Unlike many other companies that provide structured salary increments, this organization offers no such assurance. Even when a salary hike is given, it is minimal and requires an extraordinary amount of effort. Despite reaching the highest position, an employee's salary will not exceed 5.0 LPA, which is still below the national average.
One of the biggest drawbacks is the leave policy. While leaves are allocated in the system, employees often find it difficult to get approval, as most requests are denied. There are no fixed Saturday-Sunday weekends, and employees are instead given two weekly offs on weekdays, which can sometimes be reduced to just one day. Furthermore, national and festive holidays (such as Diwali and Independence Day) are listed in the calendar but are not actually granted as leaves.
