Pros

Not so many due to a disrespect towards the employees deeply rooted in the corporate culture (if there is such a thing as a corporate culture at all)

Cons

No interest in developing internal employees. Lack of any professional processes in place. Lack of fundamentals per functions. No chances of advancing unless you belong to the narrow circle. People stay because of historical good salaries. Sad environment.
