In Huntsman and hard working personnnel can get vast opportunities. There is great scope for learning in all functions and so many opportunities of bringing in your own ideas on table. Environment wise, leadership team is supportive.
Cons
Salary wise a bit behind the bar. Processes are a bit cumbersome and sometimes affects the productivity of operations.
