Pros
Hyatt has amazing benefits. 12 Free hotel stays in some of the nicest hotels and resorts per year and generous Paid Time Off! They offer Overtime quite often. This has been by far one of my favorite companies to work for.
Cons
The lack of communication about policies between employees and management is the reason for the missing star and the occasional problems with the systems.
