- great benefits - a lot of longevity - takes care of their employees -colleagues are awesome
Cons
- sometimes people who get promoted are not the most qualified for the job - salaries are not the most competitive - once you get to a specific pay range or position its a lot more difficult to advance - communication at property levels are not always the strongest
