      Pros

      The staff are fantastic and the properties are beautiful. It's definitely a pleasure to come into work everyday.

      Cons

      Not all properties are consistent. Some properties maintain a high quality of service while others don't fit in with the rest of the brand portfolio. This is an issue for employees but also the guests.
