Vacation perks - free nights at other Hyatt locations, location in north Lake Tahoe if your into outdoors, free lunch.
Cons
Career progression, management, snobby guests. Hours can be horrible as well, especially when working until midnight and then have to do a 7am shift the next day. Only 2 weeks holiday.
