I worked with some of the most supportive and hard-working teammates I've ever met. The frontline staff truly cared about delivering exceptional service and had a strong sense of teamwork.

Cons

Recent layoffs felt impersonal and poorly communicate, leaving many long-term employees blindsided. There’s a growing sense that financial priorities outweigh employee well-being, which is disappointing for a brand that markets itself on care.

Great work environment, team was helpful and really nice, workload wasn’t overwhelming

Cons

Didn’t feel super included on the team as a contractor, expectations were consistently unclear, they tell you it’s temp to perm, but could be years before a permanent role is available
